What a brilliant place to buy a bike. I have bought a bike before from another dealer via an online purchase from eBay which I am anxious about as I don’t get to see the bike and test it ect ect and they was really nice people but these guys go that extra bit further. these guys treat you like they are your best buddy and have know you years. You can tell straight away they are 100% genuine and if you can find a dealership with kinder staff you must be in heaven???? honestly I’ve not met nicer people they looked after me from start to finish and not one phone call was unanswered. I spoke to at least 3 guys there and Chris was the guy that dealt with my purchase of Suzuki TL 1000 R. He was a real pleasure and I can’t praise him enough. He is is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had the pleasure to talk to. he genuinely cares about his customers.
I am chuffed to bits with this bike it’s my dream bike and has been since 1998 when I saw one so thank you Chris and the rest of your team for being so kind and helping get me back on the road. I shall be back for another bike in future IF I can ever let this bike go????
The delivery guy was brilliant too and very professional. He called me twice to let me know his location.

Just had my bike back from kjm and I can only say I am very happy with the service and price from a real genuine business. As what I was told was the problem that I was expecting to hit the wallet hard. This is where they earn my respect. I was told it was just a case of fastening a nut up with lock tight and a new gasket £££££ 's save and they even brought him home. I'd recommend to all and think all future work will be done here.

What can I say about KJM Superbikes?
Well I could say a hell of a lot, but I'll condense it down to the key points:
1. Truly the best customer service I've experienced. The whole team there are informative, patient and kind. I had Ian who dealt with all the paper work and enquires. Any question I had, he would reply usually within the hour.
2. Excellent delivery. Mark was very prompt, professional and friendly. Bike arrived in perfect condition, with everything as stated on their advertisment.
3. Trust. Having not being able to test the bike before I bought it, there is always a bit of scepticism there whether or not the bike would be right. With KJM Superbikes, you can throw caution to the wind. They have looked after me incredibly well, and the bike is in perfect condition.
In summary, I would recommend KJM to just about everyone. I will be coming back to them again for my next bike.

Bought a bike from KJM in May 23. Kindly held the bike for me whilst I sorted my finances. Had the bike for just over 3 months and it developed a fault. It was outside the 3 month warranty but KJM kindly offered to still try and fix it. Took it back, they had the bike for over 2 hours found and repaired the fault for free. Can't get better than that for service. Great company, friendly staff and a top mechanic.

Purchased a GSXR 1000 from these guys. Absolute class. Great terms great delivery times (250 miles) and great staff. Love the bike too! You cannot beat these for customer service. Even the delivery guy was a diamond!

Went to look at a couple of bikes, still thinking. Tyre on a friend's bike was a little soft. They wheeled it into the garage and put some air in both. Great lads. Large selection of bikes.

We can all be quick to moan about poor service, BUT I feel I had write to say how well I was looked after when I had my bike MOT'd at KJM Superbikes in Wrightington today.
The technician who did the MOT was Glen, from the initial phone call booking the MOT to arriving, he really made the visit worth while and certainly knows his stuff, I was made me to feel very welcome.
Glenn introduced me to Dave Smith from next door, who me and my father bought a bike from over 40 years ago, I will definitely be recommending KJM & Glen.
