Our Moto73 media team has established a base directly inside the venue. This week, our team is tracking the newest machinery on the floor, with the Moto Morini pavilion serving as a primary point of interest. The display brings together contrasting elements of modern adventure touring, classic mid-weight styling, and low-slung cruiser design.
Reviving a Legend – Camel 670
The silk has officially been pulled away from a legendary nameplate making a monumental world premiere: the Moto Morini Camel. Reconnecting with the spirit of the iconic 1980s machine that famously tackled the grueling routes of the Paris-Dakar Rally, this model marks the brand's bold entry into the mid-displacement adventure sector. Up close under the pavilion spotlights, the bike announces its serious exploratory intentions with an uncompromised 21-inch front wheel layout and aggressive all-terrain geometry mapped out by the brand's factory Design Center.

Beneath the rugged bodywork lies a massive engineering milestone for the manufacturer: a brand-new 670 cc front-mounted parallel-twin engine. This power plant is particularly significant as it represents the first front-mounted parallel-twin engine developed completely in-house by Moto Morini's own technical team, tuning the configuration to deliver a punchy 82 hp of maximum performance. The package pairs this lightweight, high-revving mechanical heart with robust long-travel cycle parts to create a highly nimble platform built to venture far beyond paved roads.
Reinterpreting Versatility – The Coguaro
The wraps have also been pulled off another striking world premiere resurrected from the brand's historical archives: the Moto Morini Coguaro. Originally produced from the late 1980s to the early 1990s in popular 350cc and 500cc variants, the classic Coguaro was celebrated for its all-round comfort and road-going capabilities, effectively pioneering the philosophy of the modern crossover. This updated iteration reinterprets that multi-purpose formula to meet the demands of modern street and trail enthusiasts.

Engineered to offer greater accessibility for exploring unpaved surfaces without sacrificing day-to-day road practicality, it blends comfortable ergonomics with a trail-ready 21-inch front wheel configuration. Rather than building a highly specialized, intimidating dirt machine, Moto Morini designed the Coguaro as an approachable entry point, allowing everyday street riders to comfortably experience off-road terrain with absolute confidence.
The X-Cape 700 Red Edition & X-Cape 1200 Anniversary
Reaffirming their commitment to the evolution of their frontline adventure family, Moto Morini showcased major design expansions across the established X-Cape platforms heading into 2027:
X-Cape 700 Red Edition: This middleweight variant gains an exclusive, highly aesthetic styling refresh. Borrowing inspiration from the positive reception of previous color schemes, it pairs striking red anodized wheels with a premium Matte Gray graphics palette, officially hitting global dealer networks in February 2027.

X-Cape 1200 Anniversary Edition: The brand's flagship globetrotter celebrates the upcoming milestone with an ultra-premium equipment package. It commands attention with a dynamic two-tone white and red anniversary livery, distinctive gold-colored wheels, and a dedicated commemorative logo sculpted into the side fairings. To cement its long-distance capabilities, it comes factory-fitted with a massive full-optional luggage package, including a set of three heavy-duty panniers, an oversized touring windshield, a structural bumper guard, and a rugged aluminum skid plate.

Shifting into the 90th Year
The entire pavilion space celebrates this technical expansion while throwing a spotlight onto a brand-new, commemorative 90th-anniversary logo created by Moto Morini's Italy-based Design Center. Reinterpreting the classic dual "M" design into a contemporary, minimalist visual language, the layout bridges the gap between historical prestige and modern segments—flanked on the floor by diverse families including the adventure-bound Kanguro and AlltrHike, the custom-inspired Calibro, and the raw Corsaro sport naked lines.
